| Rum |
| |
| Rum
is generally categorized into two groups, light
and dark rum. The light rums are traditionally
produced within the Caribbean Islands and generally
only require six months of oak cask again. The
dark rums are more prominent to tropical areas
and require a touch of caramel and a much longer
aging period 3-12 years. |
